These are my craft; what I do to help others heal, clear up, become unstuck, achieve their goals, find answers, and most importantly, discover their own power and develop self-mastery.
Energy Clearing, Balancing and Healing
Pranic Healing is a system of energy medicine that utilizes prana (life-force) to balance, harmonize and transform the body’s energy processes. This invisible bio-energy or vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. It is based on the fundamental principles that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the ability to heal itself and that the healing process is accelerated by increasing this life force that is readily available from the sun, air and ground to address physical and emotional imbalances. This energy medicine was developed by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui.
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT)
The QHHT technique involves inducing an individual to the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualisation. In this state, healing can be facilitated with the assistance of the client’s Subconscious. The healing facilitated is both physical and spiritual. This technique was developed by Dolores Cannon.

My vision is to take people to a stage where they are sovereign unto themselves. My current challenge for myself is smashing the last bits of limiting beliefs up to a cellular level, and also being consistently centred while in the midst of chaos. A simpler first world example would be being centred while you’re swimming in a disempowering, violent relationship; or being centred when not having much options in terms of finance, responsibility and self needs; or when confronted with a life threatening illness or the death of a loved one; and as simple as being centred when someone is devaluing you.
Being centred to me means I still am very consciously aware of my core identity, I have full control over managing my emotions and my behaviour, I can see everything from a broader and deeper perspective, and I consciously choose how I behave and respond to an event in the most effective way as it is happening to me.
Being consistent means the gap between mentally and emotionally processing an event and the equivalent physical response is a sliver and consistent for every single event and experience.
